10 Year Warning
I was shocked to read that menopause can start 10 years before it's real onset! The life of the woman -- is it ever an easy path? Michelle got me hooked on this doctor - Dr. Northrup. She's got several good books on natural ways to address many women issues, including menopause. She's an MD, but also values and knows quite a bit about natural health and healing.
